Quarantine & fitness
I know the title doesn’t make sense to most of
us. Like really? Quarantine? Fitness? How does this even make sense? Well to be
honest it doesn’t, like we didn’t need to go out, we were all house arrested so
whats the point to workout when we dont need to show off to the outside world.
We could eat anything, anytime and anywhere all the midnight snackings and
meals were some of the best memories most of us had while we were staying home.
But now as the world is starting to go back to
normality we gotta get back to the normal routines and a good shape as well,
sadly. If I talk about myself I cant fit in any of my pants now, all my shirts
are tight as hell and that damned midnight snacking still cant be stopped bohat
nazuk suratehal hain.
Ab kuch krna tou paray ga iska university bhi
tou jana hy (: (: (:
Khair getting back in shape is like one of the
toughest task post quarantine has thrown towards me and it has just became so
hard to get up and go for a run or in a gym to workout the laziness has
completely taken over everyday one sleeps with the mind to go for a run early
morning and then go to the gym afterwards but everyday you make another excuse
just not to get out of the bed and sleep a little longer. Well i came up with a
plan to get things started slowly and then gradually pick up the pace.
Firstly, you dont have to have a strict and
pressurized routine. Start with a little walk of around 1-2 km whenever you
feel like your body isn’t too tired to do it you dont have to put any time
limit on it just take your time walk, do a little running just give yourself
and your body a small warm up
Then, slowly start a little exercise, some
push-ups and pull-ups are enough, than gradually start putting a time limit on
you runs, increase the distance of your runs start mixing up the exercise, do some squats, pick up small weights, do
some jump rope work up your body do this for a month.
After that fix a time at which you will
workout preferably, in the morning. Now go to gym after the run you dont have
to go 6-7 days a week start with 3-4 days workout one day than rest the other
and vice versa with the exception of running you gotta run everyday. Workout
30–40 min in the start with exercises of two muscles each day with 4-5 games
per muscle.
After that gradually increase your days per
week at the gym, time, and games according to your body. Stop the midnight
snackings we dont gotta have a strict diet just a normal one eating three times
a day, not ordering kfc, mcdonalds or pizzahut everyday having normal homemade
meals will be more than enough do be in a shape better than the one we have
right now. Quarantine was fun while it lasted but now we gotta get back to our
normal routine so start working stop being a lazy piece of sh*t and I’ll see
you around.

If you want a glowing face go fir a brisk walk for half an hour daily.
